    @Ubercapper @railbird Sure it's a generalization, I'm talking about the user experience (UX) of digital products. Like all those pop-ups on the Equibase site, or needing to sign in multiple times at DRF.       @Ubercapper @railbird My casual observation is that "good looking" visual design gets conflated w/good UX, and that's not limited to racing. In a consumer space w/a lot of competition it's a mistake to approach design like you have a captive audience, and that's my impression of design in racing.
