   @TimeformUSfigs @ihmeyers @railbird @Menshevixen Could be workable w/strong leads IMO. Similar at my non-racing job, leads have deep understanding of complex data & product and everyone else has learned enough to ask good questions / function well. Key is that we have a very strong product owner, which is essential.
