   @SidFernando @railbird @o_crunk @EJXD2 Had a latergram thought w/r/t opportunities: the ones I listed earlier are relatively easy to act on & implement. Plenty of other opportunities on tech side that are not so easy implement even w/leaders who understand upsides.
